VILLAGE PRESS - First Press Olive Oil

A mellow oil with medium intensity and great balance. First Press is quite delicate in flavour, perfect for everyday cooking.  It is also a versatile oil which is ideal for most cooking methods including grilling, roasting, and baking.  A first choice for foodies!  Use liberally in cooking.  First Press is primarily a blend of New Zealand Extra Virgin Olive Oil and artisanal extra virgin olive oil from Australia and Spain.  The blend may change in line with the volume and flavour profile of the local harvest.
