PEPPER & ME - Tartare Sauce

This sauce absolutely hits the nail on the head! So much so that it took out the Sauce category at the 2021 Artisan Awards! A delightful roast garlic mayo base packed with chunky capers and gherkins with lemon, dill, and Tarragon.

Smother your fish burger buns, or use to dip and dunk your hot chippies. Beautiful with any fish or seafood, such as prawn skewers, crumbed scallops, or calamari, but also delightful with potatoes or a juicy steak!
